Terms of Service
I take commissions in small batches via google form submissions, and these openings are announced on Twitter. Commissions are not first-come-first-serve; I have a right to turn down any request if I am not comfortable with the content or do not vibe with it.Once payment is accepted, commissions can take up to two months to be completed. If for any reason two months will be exceeded, I will communicate that to the commissioner (such as health problems/life getting in the way/etc.)Commissioner❈ You are welcome to post the finished art and any WIPs received so long as you credit them back to me.❈ The art you purchase from me is for personal use only. No commercial use.❈ You are welcome to make edits to the art as much as you like, so long as you still post appropriate credit back to me.❈ My art is not to be used in any way, shape, or form in conjunction with NFTs.Payment❈ All of my prices are in USD. Payment via Paypal only. If for any reason you cannot use Paypal, alternatives may be discussed.❈ Invoices are sent out at the time that your request is accepted by me. Payments MUST be received via the invoice. This is for both my protection and yours.Refunds❈ Refunds will only be issued if I have not started working on your commission. Partial refunds may be issued on in-progress commissions depending on individual circumstances such as health/life emergencies and is up to my discretion.❈ If for any reason I cannot complete your commission, I will issue a full refund. I reserve the full right to cancel any commission.❈ Finished commissions are non-refundable.Artist❈ I will still be doing my own personal art while taking commissions. Do not get antsy just because you see me posting personal art, I promise I am still working on commissions.❈ Communication is important, so please make sure you lay out all details of your commission when filling out the request form. Any mistakes that I miss I will gladly edit/fix for free, but if you leave out details and ask for them to be added after I’ve already been working on your piece, a fee will be charged depending on how large the edit is if not outright denied.❈ I typically work on a canvas around 2200 x 2800 pixels, so the completed art you receive will be around that size (give or take for cropping to make the content look better, etc.) You will receive the full-sized PNG file when finished.❈ All art I produce belongs to me. This means I reserve the right to use all art in my portfolios, post on any sites, and sell in packs on sites such as Gumroad/Patreon. If you need your artwork to remain private, please make sure you disclose that with me at the time of the request.
